3. Digital Products

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Subscriptions

If you enroll in All-Access:

  • Billing is recurring unless canceled

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Access remains active until the end of the billing period

SmartPath reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with notice.

5. Certification Programs

If you participate in SmartPath+ Certification:

  • Completion does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory accreditation

  • Certification reflects completion of SmartPath materials only

  • SmartPath may revoke certification for misuse or misrepresentation

6. No Professional Advice

SmartPath provides educational information only.

Nothing on this site constitutes:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Professional consulting

You are responsible for your own business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability
