Because products are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

Certification materials
2. Subscription Refunds
For All-Access subscriptions:
You may cancel at any time
Cancellation prevents future billing
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate charges
Technical failure preventing access
Billing errors
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
